This policy describes how information is processed when you play Survival Arena VR, download additional maps, visit this policy page, or contact VannamDigital for support.

1. VR gameplay and technical information

The game processes headset and controller position, rotation, tracking status, and button inputs on your device to display the VR scene, move your character, and handle combat and interactions. These inputs are used during play rather than saved as a recording of your movements.

The game also uses technical information such as headset model, refresh rate, frame timing, rendering settings, and application version to configure rendering and diagnose performance. Diagnostic messages can be written to device logs. If you choose to send us a log or screenshot for support, we process the information included in that file as described in section 4.

2. Progress and settings on your headset

The game saves progress and preferences in its local application storage. This includes earned gold, owned equipment, selected loadout, upgrades, unlocked maps and difficulty levels, best completion times, interrupted-run recovery information, language, audio, movement, turning, and display settings. Downloaded map files and their installation information are also stored on the device.

A device-protected key helps verify the integrity of local progress. Save data is tied to the local installation. Clearing application storage or uninstalling the game removes local progress and settings; reinstalling or moving to a different headset may require starting again.

3. Online map delivery

When connected to the internet, the game contacts survival.vannamdigital.top to check the downloadable-map catalog and retries these checks periodically. Selecting a map download requests the corresponding map files. Installed content can be used offline when its local verification succeeds.

These connections are served through Cloudflare. Delivering a request involves processing connection information such as your IP address, requested file or URL, request time, and HTTP headers. We use this service to deliver content and keep the delivery service reliable and secure. The game-download requests carry file and transfer information; local saved progress remains on the headset.

Cloudflare may process and retain technical connection or security records under its service settings and policies. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

4. Email support and privacy requests

If you email vannamdigital005@gmail.com, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request, investigate reported problems, and provide support. Messages are handled through our email service provider.

We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable legal or security obligations. You can use the same email address to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent us, or to report a privacy or security concern. Local game data is controlled through your headset's application-storage settings.

5. Meta purchases and platform services

The game is distributed through the Meta Horizon Store. Meta handles the purchase, payment, account, and device-platform services involved in obtaining and running the game. Information processed by Meta through those services is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy. Purchase or refund requests should also follow Meta's applicable Store procedures.

6. This policy website

This page is hosted on GitHub Pages. Visiting it involves ordinary web-request information being processed by the hosting provider, such as your IP address and browser/request information. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement.

7. Security, retention, and your choices

Content downloads use HTTPS, and downloaded content is checked before installation. Local progress and settings remain until they are replaced by gameplay, cleared through application storage, or removed by uninstalling. Hosting and email providers retain information according to their applicable service settings, policies, and legal requirements.

Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your information. Contact us using the address above so we can address the request. Information held independently by Meta, Cloudflare, or GitHub can also be managed or requested through the relevant provider.

8. Age group and policy changes

Survival Arena VR is intended for teens and adults aged 13 and older. A parent or guardian who has concerns about information sent to us can contact vannamdigital005@gmail.com.

We may update this policy when the game's information-processing practices change. The current policy will remain available at this URL, with its update date shown above.
